Anushka is an Associate (Dispute Resolution) at Phoenix Legal. Her main area of practise involves White Collar Crimes and Arbitration. She completed her B.A. LLB. (Hons.) from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University, Lucknow. She is the Co-Founder and Managing Editor of TCLF. A highly meticulous individual, she tries to ensure that each task is performed with utmost precision. She has contributed to leading platforms such as LiveLaw, Taxmann, etc. in the past. Anushka has been an avid mooter and has won the 12th Leiden Sarin International Air Law Moot, 2021. She also coached the Christ University, Bangalore team who participated in the 13th edition of Leiden. The team bagged the award for Best Oral Arguemnts (Applicants) in the World Rounds.
Tejas Sateesha Hinder is a final year B.A. LLB (Hons.) student at National Law Institute University, Bhopal. Advik is an avid reader and researcher and has written for various journals such as the GNLU Journal of Law and Economics, RGNUL Student Research Review as well as popular online platforms like IndiaCorpLaw, Manupatra, Mapping ADR, Indian Journal of Law and Public Policy etc. His main area of interests are Arbitration, Tax, Insolvency and Bankruptcy, Trade Law and Commercial laws in general. He has prior editing experience having served as the Editorial Research Assistant to Editors of the Jindal Global Law Review, for the June 2019 Special Issue apart from having assisted Advocate Avani Bansal with the editing of her book ‘The Law School Guide.
