Mary Prior KC

Mary Prior KC is the head of 36 Crime part of The 36 Group, United Kingdom and the Vice Chair of the Criminal Bar Association. Her expertise in the field of Criminal Law is unparalleled and she has especial expertise in representing or questioning those who would be described as vulnerable. Her areas of practise include Homicide, Rape and serious sexual offences, child sexual abuse and large scale drug conspiracies. She was 1 among the 12 women who were honoured with the silk in 2017. Her publications, among others, include the 36 Crime Newsletter and Aston Student Law Review.

Ms. Radhika Bishwajit Dubey

Radhika Bishwajit Dubey is an Independent Counsel practising in New Delhi. She was previously a Dispute Resolution Partner at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, where her work focused on corporate and commercial Litigation/Arbitration and representing clients before various fora including Tribunals, High Courts and the Supreme Court in high stakes commercial disputes. She is also an empanelled arbitrator at the Delhi International Arbitration Centre and has adjudicated over many disputes as an arbitrator.

Mr. Jawahar Lal

Jawahar Lal is a partner at J-Law Offices, New Delhi. He specialises in commercial law and in a career spanning over 27 years, he has been involved in some of the biggest commercial litigations and arbitrations in the country.  

Mr. Talha Abdul Rahman

Talha Abdul Rahman is an Advocate on Record, Supreme Court of India. Graduating from Nalsar University of Law, Hyderabad in 2008, he went on to pursue a Bachelor of Civil Law from Oxford University in 2009, as a Shell Chevening Centenary Scholar. He has worked with AZB & Partners, Mumbai in its dispute resolution team for about two years before moving on to litigating before Allahabad High Court in 2011. He has been practicing in Delhi since 2013.

Dr. Charu Mathur

Dr. Charu Mathur is a leading Advocate on Record with the Supreme Court of India. She has vast experience not only in litigation but also on advisory, compliance and regulatory aspect of legal issues. She is empanelled counsel for a High Court, Energy Companies, State Transport Department, various Universities amongst others.   She is a published author and columnist. She is an early adaptor of e-learning and is a consultant to the leading legal publisher in India.

Mr. Suvigya Awasthy

Suvigya is an Equity Partner and leads the commercial arbitration practice at PSL Advocates and Solicitors, New Delhi. He holds a Master’s degree in International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution from the National University of Singapore. He has diverse experience in advising and representing domestic and international clients including major public institutions in a wide array of complex disputes before various legal fora. He regularly appears before foreign and domestic seated Arbitration Tribunals administered by globally renowned international arbitral institutions including London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), and Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) among others.

Mr. Vatsalya Vigya

Vatsalya Vigya is an Advocate on Record, Supreme Court of India. He graduated from the Chanakya National Law University, Patna in the year 2012. Having a primary practice at the Supreme Court of India, he handles core litigation matters from all areas of law. He has a number of reported judgments under his name. 

Ms. Rachana Yadav

Rachana Yadav is a tax lawyer with diverse and extensive experience in the field. She is an ex-Senior Associate in the Tax Litigation & Advisory Team of AZB & Partners, Noida. She has previously also worked with PDS Legal, Advocates & Solicitors, New Delhi, with the Tax Litigation Team. Rachana has diverse experience in dealing extensively with both direct and indirect matters across all forums in the country. She has an extensive litigation and research experience and has previously authored articles for a renowned blogs and journals. She has also worked as student/research associate for law firms.

Ms. Anindhya Sharma

Anindhya graduated from Amity Law School, GGSIPU in 2016 and currently holds a Master’s Degree in Comparative Intellectual Property and Information Law from Kings College London. Anindhya has authored and presented several research papers pertaining to IP law at different platforms and has been greatly appreciated as a speaker. She also holds a diploma in Company Law from Asian School of Cyber Laws. Anindhya Sharma has been working with Inttl Advocare, a leading Intellectual Property law firm since April 2018 and mainly handles Trade Mark Opposition matters apart from handling Trade Mark Litigation.

Mr. Yash Patel

Yash is an associate at the banking and finance team of Khaitan & Co., New Delhi. He has previously worked at the project fnance team of Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Mumbai and Sibal & Co., New Delhi. He has worked extensively on matters pertaining to solar financing projects, road financing projects, debt restructuring, insolvency & bankruptcy, consortium lending, debenture issuance and general banking & finance advisory.

Mr. Sharad Verma

Sharad is a full time practicing lawyer in Canada, currently working as a Counsel at Grant Thornton LLP. Having graduated from Amity Law School, GGSIPU in 2016, he went on to pursue a Master’s degree in Criminal Law from the University of Toronto. He has an extensive legal writing and editorial experience having served as the Editor-in-Chief of the reputed Indian Constitutional Law Review. 

Mr. Sarthak Raizada

Sarthak is an advocate practicing at the Supreme Court of India. He has previously worked as a Research Assistant to Dr. Aniruddha Rajput (Member-ILC) and assisted him at the 71st Session of the International Law Commission in Geneva. He has also worked with the office of ASG Vikramjeet Banerjee and the anti-trust team of leading Indian law firm Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. 

Mr. Gaurav Pathak

Gaurav Pathak is an Assistant Professor at Jindal Global Law School. His areas of interest are Information Technology, Environment Protection and Public Policy. He has also jointly edited a Compendium on laws relating to Legal Metrology. Gaurab holds a LLM degree focusing on Information Technology Law from Leibniz Universität Hannover.
