Former Khaitan & Co. Senior Associate Yash Patel set to launch his boutique corporate and litigation law practice based out of Delhi
Mr. Yash Patel, one of our esteemed advisors at TCLF and former Senior Associate at Khaitan & Co., has announced the launch of his new boutique practice, based in New Delhi. The firm will focus on providing specialized legal counsel in corporate law, commercial litigation, banking and insolvency law, and dispute resolution to a diverse range of clients.
Mr. Yash Patel brings over 7 years of experience from his tenure at firms like Khaitan & Co., Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, and Sibal & Co. At his new practice, he aims to leverage big-firm expertise to offer more personalized, agile, and client-centric legal solutions.

Prior to starting his practice, Mr. Yash Patel was a Senior Associate in the Banking, Finance & Restructuring practice at Khaitan & Co.’s Delhi office. During his time there, he advised on a wide array of matters, including debt transactions, debt restructuring, consortium lending, project finance, and debt capital market deals.
Yash is an alumnus of Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University, Lucknow (2013–18) and has also completed the Executive Programme in Business and Corporate Laws from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta (2025).
