TCLF ONE-ON-ONE| Ep.3 Mr. Mohit Khubchandani :India, International Law and The Pandemic

We are pleased to bring to you all the 3rd Episode of TCLF One-on-One.
We were honoured to host Mr. Mohit Khubchandani as our guest for the 3rd Episode. Mr. Khubchandani is an incoming ICJ Judicial Fellow, currently working as a research assistant at the UN International Law Commission. Previously, he has also served as an advisor and consultant to multiple United Nations Agencies and coveted Indian Departments such as the Permanent Mission of India to the United Nations. Mr. Khubchandani holds a master’s degree in International and Environmental Law from Stanford Law School.


Conversation in the third episode is based on theme: “India, International Law and the Pandemic: Insights from a Young Practitioner”. Mr. Khubchandani talks about his first encounter with International Law as a subject, India’s recent engagements with ICJ, sufficiency of International Law in dealing with the current pandemic and much more.
