We are pleased to bring to you all the 2nd Episode of TCLF One-on-One.
We were honoured to host Ms. Aparajita Singh (Senior Advocate, Supreme Court of India) as our guest for the 2nd episode. Ms. Singh was designated as a Senior Advocate by the Supreme Court of India last year. Over the course of her career, she has been a part of some landmark litigations such as the Delhi Air Pollution Case, Uphaar Cinema Case, Prakash Jha free speech matters etc. She has also served on the Committee which drafted a working plan for the rehabilitation of destitute widows.
Conversation in the second episode is based on the theme: “Environment, Air pollution and the Traversity of Speedy Justice”. Ms. Aparajita talks about the reality of environmental litigation, the Delhi Air Pollution Case and much more.
